Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead sales team to achieve company objectives.

  • Develop the sales strategies and set targets for the sales team.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plans.

  • Monitoring & motivating the team to reach targets and propose development plans.

  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors and reporting to management necessary market intelligence.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular contact with a potential supplier and close analysis of the local market.

  • Develop close relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales targets & ensure consistent long-term business Ensure pricing and opportunities for improvement in gross margin.

  • Review receivables in a timely way with the customers and ensure that the outstanding receivables are secured and paid in accordance with the credit terms agreed with the customer.

  • Review credit terms in accordance with the customer’s payment habit.

  • Initiate business models to achieve higher market shares to contribute to the long-term profitability of the business through innovative thinking and aggressive sales activities.

  • Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations utilizing the overall value approach to selling.

  • Act as a business advisor with your customers to add value to their organization, through a win/win relationship, ultimately increasing the revenue and profitability.

 

What they are looking for

  • Educated Bachelor’s Degree / Masters’ in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or Business Management.

  • Good knowledge of chemical industry trends and ability to identify new potential market.

  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
