Job Responsibilities
- The Regional HR Manager will lead a small team and manage all HR related processes within the country and Southeast Asia.
- Responsible for a full spectrum of the employee lifecycle from full recruitment cycle to performance management.
- Implement Training and Development polices and identify relevant training opportunities.
- Lead the HR Team to ensure the achievement & realization of the strategy & plan.
- Develop the annual HR plan and budget.
- HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder (internal & external) Management.
What they are looking for
- Are you an experience Regional HR Manager with at least a Diploma / Degree within Human Resource Management, or equivalent?
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering within 3PL / Freight Forwarding industry.
- Prior experience working with Shared Services.
- Prior team management experience will be an added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Law.
