Job Responsibilities
- Manages and develops the Group’s strategies in relations to the Product offering as well as provides the services of Cross-Border & Local Trucking and plays a critical role in the cross-border trucking (CBT) Network linking Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam & China.
- Achieve budgets for their Allocated Territory by generating opportunities both from existing & new accounts for Road/Cross border transportation.
- Maintain list of accounts (existing & potential) which have decision making within their territory.
- Use prescribed tools & processes to improve and increase FaceTime.
- Work on creating opportunity pipelines in excess of the territory budgets/ hit rates.
What they are looking for
- An experienced Cross-Border Trucking / Road Freight Field Sales Manager.
- Degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ experience with documented sales record for Road/Cross border transportation.
- Sales experience and working knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry is a must.
- Prior regional exposure an added advantage.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
