Our client is a renowned leader within the Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry. They are looking for a HR Executive on a 1 year contract to join their HR Shared Service team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition support (job posting, recruitment & manpower agencies contract management, CV reviews, CV database management & interview feedback administration).
  • Administration of employee related Medical & Insurance benefits.
  • Surveys Management & Administration (Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey, internal & external surveys).
  • Preparation of Letters (Contracts, Addendum, Confirmation, Certification, etc).
  • Handle full spectrum payroll processing of 2 entities.
  • Management & Month End Reports preparation.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and HR projects/events as assigned.
  • Provide administrative & HR support and perform duties as assigned by HR Director.

What they are looking for

  • Are you HR Executive looking to step up?
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
  • Prior knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Payroll and payroll system will be advantageous as well.
