Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts, key contacts and critical personal at various client organisations in order to solicit information for securing business.
  • Define and execute the right solution to secure new project prospect in order to increase success in contract award which include establish business partnerships and creating new business relationships through existing partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and win new business prospects.
  • Organise and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Ensure personal sales targets and team KPIs are met.
  • Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Review periodic sales performance against annual plan and strategize corrective actions if expectation falls below target.

What they are looking for

  • Educated with a Bachelor Degree and a minimum of 10 years of working experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding Industry.
  • FMCG, High-Tech, Retail industry vertical preferred.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external associates at all levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge in logistics industry and understand how to increase market penetration.
